We continue to lead the system in HCAHPS scores, and are looked to as a model for best practice in patient satisfaction.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in a health related field required. </li><li>Three to five years healthcare experience required. </li><li>Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, management, and technology skills. </li><li>Must demonstrate team building and collaborative practice behaviors. </li><li>Must demonstrate understanding of performance improvement and quality outcomes management </li></ul> <p>Scheduling Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Full Time Day </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>The Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with assigned areas to facilitate peer review, promote patient safety and support regulatory compliance. </li><li>The Coordinator will report program metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis. </li><li>The Coordinator will perform chart and in person audits to ensure compliance with mandatory requirements. </li><li>The Coordinator will work with specific assigned areas to understand and promote performance improvement within those areas. Participation in organizational meetings. </li><li>Preparation and participation in regulatory surveys.
