<p>Afiniti, Inc. seeks a Staff Software Engineer to design and implement scalable systems for comparing machine learning models and improving selection efficiency. Responsible for ensuring visibility and adaptability of AI pairing algorithms in the call center environment. Design relevant statistics and the associated sensors to indicate the health of the AI system and to automatically determine the root cause of issues.
