This person plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization through strategic media planning guidance, and data-driven solutions that drive revenue. This role works closely with sales, product, measurement, and retail partners to develop campaign and media strategies that align to client business objectives; such as growing share, driving trial, increasing velocity, and building brand preference. This role will help translate Retail Media Network (RMN) ad products, audiences, and measurement capabilities into scalable, compelling solutions for brand clients.</p> <p>Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Chicago or Detroit (Troy) office for a hybrid work schedule.</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <p>You will support revenue growth for North American Retail Media Networks by partnering closely with sales teams to shape media strategy, audience approaches, measurement frameworks, and client storytelling. You will act as a subject matter expert across media planning, audience strategy, and campaign measurement while helping identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Media & Sales Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Support overall media strategy development for the Retail Media Network, translating capabilities into effective go-to-market solutions and process </li><li>Partner with Sales on RMN media planning strategy, including audience and inventory recommendations aligned to client objectives </li><li>Support sales and planning practices across both audience and media planning </li></ul> <p>Ad Product & Network Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to Retail Media Network ad product strategy and roadmap development in partnership with Product and Leadership </li><li>Identify ad product innovation opportunities based on sales feedback, client needs, and market trends </li><li>Support sales with positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for RMN ad products </li></ul> <p>Client & Internal Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Participate in and help lead strategic client meetings with retail partners, brand clients, and internal teams (Sales, Product, Measurement, Yield, etc.) </li><li>Identify sales blockers and opportunity gaps and help drive internal initiatives to address them </li><li>Support strategic client business reviews and proactive category or brand package development </li><li>Continuously monitor and improve internal processes, documentation, and client deliverables </li></ul> <p>SKILLSETS REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, media strategy, retail media, or related roles </li><li>Experience supporting or developing media strategies within a retail media, digital media, or shopper marketing environment </li><li>Strong understanding of media planning, audiences, attribution, and performance measurement </li><li>Experience with display advertising, media planning, ad operations, or media sales is a plus </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Strong business writing and presentation development skills </li><li>Client-facing experience supporting meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions </li><li>Highly collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
