Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the receipt and/or shipment of materials, supplies, and products. You will be working primarily in the yard in an enclosed forklift/spotter truck. Must be able to work outside in multiple weather conditions.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Receive goods, verify order, inspect condition of goods </li><li>Move product to and from storage, production areas, and loading dock via forklift </li><li>Scale incoming & outgoing loads on truck scale </li><li>Upload photos and documents into our system </li><li>Coordinate outgoing shipments with shipping and receiving personal </li><li>Verify identifying information - counts, weights, measurements, etc. against BOLs, invoices, orders and/or other records </li><li>Performs daily inspection of equipment </li><li>Follows all necessary processes and procedures in AZZ's truck driver policy </li><li>Forklift experience preferred though not necessary </li><li>Position will cross train to various other roles within production </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1 - 2 years related experience preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of raw materials, production process, quality control and costs, knowledge of hand tools and equipment is preferred. </li><li>Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Certified forklift operator is preferred </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent is helpful. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p> <p>AZZ Inc. is a Drug Free Workplace</p>
