<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as the "voice of the customer" from the business side in to the rest of the organization. </li><li>Analyze key adoption, engagement and business performance metrics to support product and business leadership decisions. </li><li>Drive discovery of new ideas to assess/define the problem statement, the benefit hypothesis and adherence to the strategic vision </li><li>Help the Product Director in developing a multi-year roadmap for the assigned product/s to illustrate our vision and plan into the future. </li><li>Breakdown epic/feature level requirements into actionable user stories. </li><li>Collaborate with the engineering and delivery leads to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of committed features on a roadmap </li><li>Drive buy-build-partner analysis, and where necessary, review potential partner relationships for the product. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications/Experience</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of product management experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in the real estate industry </li><li>Tech savvy and passionate about building products. </li><li>Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Miro, Lucid, etc. </li><li>Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information. </li><li>Extensive experience in defining, refining and prioritizing the product backlog aligned with the product roadmap </li><li>Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean startup principles. </li><li>Experience driving stakeholder discussions, demonstrations and sticking to the desired agenda to produce expected outcomes. </li><li>Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. </li><li>University degree, preferably in business, information systems, marketing, computer science, or other relevant areas </li><li>Ability to travel within the US between 10 - 15 percent of the time. </li></ul> <p>Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 annually</p> <p>The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
