Our people are Shaping Industry from the Inside.</p> <p>About the Job</p> <p>The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and successfully leading and directing the onsite teams. Additionally, the Plant Manager will partner with the business to achieve both short-term and long-term financial operating goals while aligning with Trelleborg's Core Values.</p> <p>Compensation: Base salary of $130,000-$150,000 USD plus annual variable bonus plan</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop a strategic manufacturing/capability/capacity plan to meet the market needs and organization's overall business plan and objectives of sales, profit, cash, on time delivery, quality and other performance targets. </li><li>Establish operating budgets;
