We take pride in our family-oriented culture, environmental responsibility, and active involvement in local charities.</p> <p>Job Details</p> <ul> <li>Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience </li><li>Job Type: Full-Time </li><li>Location: Grand Blanc, MI </li><li>Work Hours: In-person, standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed </li></ul> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will schedule vehicle service appointments, provide accurate repair estimates, promote additional services, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet customers warmly and professionally, promptly addressing their service needs. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate repair work and maintenance services with the service team. </li><li>Obtain detailed vehicle and customer information to identify repair needs. </li><li>Conduct test drives and vehicle inspections to identify potential repairs. </li><li>Provide clear explanations of necessary repairs and estimates for labor and parts. </li><li>Maintain accurate, legible repair orders and documentation throughout the service process. </li><li>Follow up with customers regarding service updates, approvals, and final deliveries. </li><li>Promote additional services and maintain high customer satisfaction standards. </li><li>Ensure all work and customer areas are clean and organized. </li><li>Collaborate with dispatchers and technicians to manage workflow effectively. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Occasional use of hands to handle or feel, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch. </li><li>Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing during work hours. </li><li>Ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds occasionally. </li><li>Required vision capabilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. </li><li>Potential exposure to exhaust fumes or airborne particles. </li><li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Minimum of two years of experience in a related automotive service role. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle documentation accurately. </li><li>Proficient computer skills, including experience with web navigation and repair order systems. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. </li><li>Customer-focused with the ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude. </li><li>Professional personal appearance and demeanor. </li><li>Team player with strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions and service documentation. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE OFFER:</p> <ul> <li>Tremendous product & inventory </li><li>Ongoing company-wide training </li><li>Strong company reputation </li><li>Growth opportunities </li><li>Professional, enthusiastic & supportive working environment </li></ul> <p>When you join our organization, you'll enjoy comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and unparalleled benefits.
