Weigh patients and check patients' blood pressure. </li><li>Attend to patients' need as may be required during clinic hours. </li><li>Assist with blood collection during clinic and off clinic hours. </li><li>Assist with sputum collection during clinic hours. </li><li>Assist with administering direct observed therapy. </li><li>Perform other related duties as required </li></ul> <p>SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have knowledge of infectious disease transmission risks. </li><li>Basic knowledge of contact investigations. </li><li>Will have knowledge of working with different races, ethnicities and minorities. </li><li>Know how to deal with culture sensitive issues and be able to help patients. </li><li>Must have empathy and relate well to immigrant and refugee population. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years' experience working as phlebotomist. </li><li>Experience working with diverse population. </li><li>Bilingual preferred. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of High School Diploma. </li><li>Current Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant Certification. </li></ul> <p>SALARY:</p> <p>Starting at $25/ hour.
