This psotions require a Top-Secret Clearance.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for all Electronic Security Systems (ESS) residing on client networks. </li><li>Technologies supported include LENEL, Bosch, Milestone, Alertus, InformaCast, and Mass Notification systems. </li><li>Maintain FICAM HSPD-12 compliance. </li></ul> <p>Required Job Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Support LENEL, Bosch, Milestone, Alertus, InformaCast, and Mass Notification platforms. </li><li>Maintain FICAM HSPD-12 and FIPS 140-2 compliance. </li><li>Provide onsite technical design, build, install, configure, maintain, and operate ESS. </li><li>Work alongside and support employees who administer and operate ESS. </li><li>System design, review, installation, programming, updating firmware and software, troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repair of ESS. </li><li>Manage and log work using a ticketing system. </li><li>Adhere to Service Level Agreements based on impact and location. </li><li>Three years of experience in the low voltage / CCTV / security industry. </li><li>In-depth background in security technology and integration. </li><li>Technical and analytical comprehension of electronic security industry terms and features. </li><li>Ability to read blueprints, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents. </li><li>Proficient in the use of basic hand tools, electrical meters, and relay theory. </li><li>Strong customer service skills to anticipate and meet the needs of customers. </li><li>Ability to understand technical explanations and effectively convey updates to internal and external audiences. </li><li>Maintain certifications, licenses, and registrations in accordance with laws and regulations. </li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, planning, and organizational skills in handling multiple projects. </li><li>Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Self-motivated, able to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure to meet deadlines. </li><li>Maintain continuous accountability of supplies, equipment, inventories, and status reports. </li><li>Fully document work procedures. </li><li>Positive customer orientation and ability to think logically and act decisively in critical situations. </li></ul> <p>Certifications (Required/Preferred):</p> <ul> <li>LENEL and/or Bosch certified technician and CORE certifications are required. </li><li>Lenel S2 OnGuard and Milestone certified preferred. </li></ul> <p>Direct Applicants, only.
