The RN Nursing Supervisor maintains standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures.</p> <p>Additional Benefits of Joining our Nursing Team:</p> <ul> <li>Lower stress environment working in our medication dispensary </li><li>No heavy lifting of patients/no bedside </li><li>Stable shifts and schedule (mornings/days only) </li><li>Early morning hours + early afternoon end time </li><li>Be a part of helping others in a recovery environment </li><li>Paid training </li></ul> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures that the Medication Room of the clinic is in full compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic policies and procedures. </li><li>Supervises daily nursing operations for staff. </li><li>Makes staff assignments, creates schedules, and updates schedules for providers and support staff when changes are made; </li><li>Supervises and evaluates work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service or maintenance staff for the work group and other clinic staff. </li><li>Ensures that medical records for patients are in compliance with clinic policies, federal and state laws/regulations at all times. </li><li>Review medical records to ensure medical compliance. </li><li>Oversee quality assurance activities and compliance to operational standards. </li><li>Participate in program development or implementation of operating policy and procedures. </li><li>Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. </li><li>Assists with the recruitment, hiring and training of new staff. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for roles at Gifford Street Comprehensive Treatment Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
