Alongside our dedicated team of associates, we have helped pave the path of innovation for new products and services focused on the health and safety of first responders by offering turnout gear, alternative PPE, boots, hoods, gloves, helmets, and PPE rentals.</p> <p>We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Spanish Contract-to-Hire Human Resources Coordinator for a 6-month assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator who is bilingual in Spanish with a passion for culture championing and will excel with recruiting. The main responsibilities are phone screening, hiring, and onboarding top talent. The primary focus is hourly recruiting, with occasional assistance with salary recruiting as needed. This hybrid position is based out of our headquarters in Medina, OH, with in-person training provided for a few weeks before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates </li><li>Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability </li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers </li><li>Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates </li><li>Organize applicant tracking system where necessary </li><li>Manage pre-hire documentation and coordinate onboarding processes </li><li>Act as a liaison between associates, human resources, and management </li><li>Translate HR documents and communications and provide interpretation services </li><li>Comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, and OSHA regulations </li><li>Participate in additional talent acquisition and HR duties and initiatives as needed </li></ul> <p>Candidates should possess the following:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred </li><li>1-2 years office experience </li><li>Previous successful recruiting experience, within the manufacturing industry is very helpful </li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish </li><li>Possess a passion for recruiting and talent acquisition </li><li>Ability to work in teams as well as possess self-accountability, self-motivated and action-oriented, with high energy </li><li>Approaches work with a creative lens </li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy </li><li>Proficiency to communicate well with all different levels, both inside and outside of the organization, including verbal, written, using technology </li><li>Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion </li><li>Understanding of HR laws, practices and procedures </li><li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and possess the ability to learn new systems </li><li>Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus </li><li>Efficient with prioritizing and multi-tasking, including being productive while handling re-directions and interruptions based upon business needs </li><li>Must be flexible and accommodating to handle a variety of expectations </li><li>Possess a strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and diligence, including meeting deadlines and having the ability to remain organized with and keep track of multiple sources of information and data </li><li>Possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations </li></ul> <p>More About Us:</p> <ul> <li>Mission is to serve those who serve </li><li>Our values include fun, integrity, respect, and excellence = FIRE! </li><li>Headquartered in Medina, OH </li><li>40 + years in business and family owned and operated </li><li>Multi award-winning organization - including recognition as a Top Workplace by NorthCoast 99 seven times over, Family Business Achievement Awards, Cascade Business Growth Awards, Smart Culture Award and Weatherhead 100! </li></ul> <p>How to Apply:</p> <p>www.firedex.com/employment or</p> <p>Submit resume to: hr@firedex.com</p> <p>Learn more about our culture and team: Find your work passion with the Fire-Dex family: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zh-cq2r1xyU</p> <p>www.firedex.com</p> <p>EOE I Drug Free Workplace I E-Verify</p> <p>No third parties, please</p>
