This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, owning full-cycle recruiting while helping elevate hiring practices, candidate experience, and talent strategy.</p> <p>The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a consultative mindset, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality hires across a variety of roles.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from intake through offer and onboarding </li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies </li><li>Proactively source and build diverse talent pipelines using creative and data-driven approaches </li><li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process </li><li>Drive calibration discussions, influence hiring decisions, and ensure high hiring standards </li><li>Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes (time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel conversion, etc.) </li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence </li><li>Champion and implement best practices in interviewing, diversity hiring, and employer branding </li><li>Support and/or lead recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and recruiting projects </li><li>Mentor junior recruiters or coordinators as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or combination) </li><li>Proven success hiring for mid- to senior-level roles, ideally across multiple functions </li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels </li><li>Demonstrated strength in sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms </li><li>Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills </li><li>Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment </li><li>Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools </li><li>Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices </li></ul>
