Our culture emphasizes mentorship, safety, and continuous improvement, providing meaningful growth opportunities for our team and exceptional results for our clients.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and perform field inspections of bridges and related structures. </li><li>Collaborate with a specialized team to conduct thorough assessments. </li><li>Ensure quality assurance and compliance with engineering standards. </li><li>Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation. </li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. </li><li>Travel as necessary to conduct site visits and inspections. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. </li><li>EIT certification required. </li><li>Professional Engineer preferred; Structural Engineer license highly desirable. </li><li>Two or more years of experience in bridge inspection and/or bridge design. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Willingness and ability to travel for inspections. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Completion of NHI bridge inspection courses is preferred but not required. </li><li>Engineering technicians with relevant bridge inspection experience are encouraged to apply. </li><li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role requires the ability to work outdoors performing field inspections and the willingness to travel for site visits and inspection assignments.
