<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Basic Function: To assist in the provision of quality health care. Provide clerical support to the unit. Assists with clinical procedures as required.</p> <p>Principal Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist clinical support with rooming patients, electronic chart documentation, recording vital signs, follow up on provider orders, phlebotomy </li><li>Assist with preparation for treatments and procedures without medication administration </li><li>Assist in maintaining clinical supplies and cleanliness of work area </li><li>Perform CLIA lab controls and quality checks according to policy schedule </li><li>Assist with regulatory audits as requested </li><li>Schedule patient appointments according to guidelines </li><li>To engage in Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives, including participating as part of the Clinical Care Team </li><li>Any other clinical duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant Program</p> <p>Certification as CMA or CNA preferred</p> <p>Must demonstrate computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and electronic medical record system</p> <p>Must possess a willingness to accept direction from providers and supervisors</p> <p>Must possess the ability to work well and with compassion in stressful situations</p> <p>Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with both patients and co-workers</p> <p>Must be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the position</p> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$16.83-$19.43 Depending on Experience</p>
