<p>Job#: 3032028</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Senior Software Engineer, Mobile (React Native)</p> <p>Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid)</p> <p>Employment Type: Permanent</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This position is for a Senior Software Engineer focused on mobile application development. The role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining mobile applications. The primary focus will be on a new mobile application, involving both new feature development and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a technical contributor who is business-oriented and fits within a fast-paced, technology-driven team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native. </li><li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to application design and architecture. </li><li>Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process. </li><li>Debug and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. </li><li>Ensure code quality through code reviews, writing unit tests, and implementing best practices for mobile development. </li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies and pair programming. </li><li>Conduct both new feature work and maintenance on the application. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on programming experience, including shipping production-level React Native or React applications.</p> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Development: React Native and TypeScript are required. Proficiency in React/Redux, JavaScript (ES6), iOS (Swift/Objective C), Android (Java), HTML, CSS. </li><li>Testing: Jest, Detox, React Testing Library, CircleCI, BrowserStack. </li><li>Tools & Methodologies: Experience with Redux or similar state management tools, REST API Frameworks, API authentication techniques (OAuth2), version control systems (e.g., Git), Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development. </li><li>Knowledge of Apple's SDKs/frameworks and the App Store review process. </li><li>Knowledge of Google's SDKs/frameworks and the Google Play Store review process. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Figma. </li><li>Experience with e-commerce applications. </li><li>Familiarity with performance testing tools and optimizing applications for higher performance. </li><li>Experience working with a UX digital design team. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
