If you're ready to run operations, power a high-performing team, and help lead our next chapter, we'd love to meet you!</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>We're a fast-growing organization ready for a true operations leader to lead execution, scale operations, and keep the team aligned. The responsibilities of the COO / Integrator include but are not limited to:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build and manage priorities from the founder's vision, ensuring the team stays focused, aligned, and accountable. </li><li>Set meeting cadence, lead agenda planning, and manage execution of leadership priorities. </li><li>Serve as the main liaison between leadership and teams, ensuring information flows clearly and priorities move forward. </li><li>Clarify roles, restructure where needed, and ensure the right people are in the right seats. </li><li>Coach department heads on budget ownership and transition from seat-based to profit-driven models. </li><li>Identify bottlenecks, streamline systems, and lead implementation of efficient, scalable processes. </li><li>Build and maintain KPI dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting systems to drive accountability and decision-making. </li><li>Evaluate and implement tools (e.g., HRIS, project management, automation) to support growth. </li><li>Oversee major initiatives, systematize execution, and document processes for consistency and scale. </li></ul> <p>Success Milestones</p> <ul> <li>3 Months: Build trust with leadership, establish consistent meeting cadences, and demonstrate ownership of daily operations and priorities. </li><li>6 Months: Improve operational efficiency through documented systems and KPIs, implement an HRIS to streamline HR operations, and increase accountability across departments. </li><li>12 Months: Fully streamline operations, document and standardize core processes, and implement systems to support multi-location growth from 6 to 9+ schools. </li></ul> <p>This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA. Work is primarily remote with flexible hours, but regular in-person school visits are required.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of leadership experience at the Director level or above, leading cross-functional teams and driving organization-wide impact </li><li>Proven P&L ownership with sharp financial insight and coaching experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience </li><li>Experience overseeing HR and leading cross-departmental teams </li><li>Proven experience leading organizational growth-such as scaling from ~$10M to $25M+ in revenue or expanding from 5 to 15+ locations, or an equivalent increase in size and complexity </li><li>Technically fluent, with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of AI and automation to lead tech-driven initiatives and assess what should be automated </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual in Spanish </li><li>Master's degree </li><li>Experience in education sector </li><li>Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) </li><li>Background in change management </li><li>Marketing experience </li><li>Experience managing multiple locations </li><li>Familiarity with franchising or multi-location expansion </li></ul> <p>Desired</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in family-owned businesses </li><li>Project Management experience </li></ul> <p>THE COMPANY - Mi Casita Preschool</p> <p>Mi Casita is a growing network of Spanish immersion preschools with six locations across Philadelphia and Fort Worth.
