Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Rapidly build and iterate on working application prototypes with strong UI/frontend components.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and embed GenAI capabilities (agent assist, workflow copilots, AI-assisted experiences).</p> </li><li> <p>Partner directly with stakeholders and demo concepts to leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Transform early concepts into clickable, demo-ready experiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate as a horizontal enabler outside typical scrum processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>This role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Charlotte, NC.</p> <p>Client has Mandatory Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Require minimum 5 years of development experience with at least a year with hands on experience in the required skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong UI engineering experience with React and TypeScript</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to rapidly build UI using component libraries (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience designing usable user flows without reliance on a dedicated UX team</p> </li><li> <p>Practical, hands-on GenAI build experience (beyond prompting)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / equivalent)</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of RAG fundamentals (embeddings, retrieval, chunking, grounding)</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of common GenAI failure modes (hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage)</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>End-to-end GenAI prototype experience, including UI + backend integration</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working as a POC accelerator: build fast, iterate fast, demo often</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate outside traditional sprint structures</p> </li><li> <p>Experience presenting/demonstrating prototypes to senior stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Strong builder mindset; comfortable working in ambiguity</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
