<p>Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time Location: Harrison Heights, GA Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Why Join Our Team? If you thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment where clinical excellence and patient-centered care are the top priorities, we would love to welcome you aboard!</p> <p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Empathetic Evaluations: Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders, designing individualized therapy plans that focus on real-world outcomes.</p> <p>Innovative Therapy Plans: Develop and execute patient-centered intervention strategies, routinely reviewing medical data to adapt plans and maximize each individual's rehabilitation potential.</p> <p>Collaborative Care Coordination: Partner closely with our Director of Clinical Services, physicians, family members, and primary caregivers to ensure a seamless, holistic approach to patient care.</p> <p>Advocacy & Education: Instruct and empower families and caregivers with the tools and techniques needed to maintain and optimize the patient's progress at home.</p> <p>Rigorous Documentation: Complete comprehensive evaluation reports and progress notes accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of HIPAA compliance and patient safety.</p> <p>What You Bring to the Team Education & Experience</p> <p>Degree: Master's Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.</p> <p>Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a practicing Speech Therapist.</p> <p>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations</p> <p>Current and valid State Licensure/Certification as a Speech Therapist in the state of Georgia.</p> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <p>Ability to travel as needed for client care and home services.</p> <p>Physical Requirements & Demands</p> <p>Physical Strength: Medium Work.
