Programming Skills: At least 10+ years of recent experience developing in Python, bonus points if experienced with Rust and Go. OS Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience developing software in Linux and Windows. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, Prompt Engineering, Docker, Kubernetes, CLI, and GIT. Requirement Gathering: Interface with researchers to gather and interpret complex requirements. Milestone Management: Break down requirements into actionable milestones and communicate them effectively to team members and stakeholders. Project Tracking: Utilize project tracking tools like Jira. Documentation: Document architecture in Confluence.</p>
