<p>Home/Job Postings/UC-Charleston/Graduate Health Enrollment Coordinator</p> <p>Graduate Health Enrollment Coordinator</p> <p>Posted November 11, 2025</p> <p>Graduate Health Enrollment Coordinator</p> <p>Office of Admissions, University of Charleston</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Graduate Health Degree Program Enrollment Coordinator serves as the primary recruiter for the Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice, Master of Science - Family Nurse Practitioner, Master of Science - Mental Health Counseling, and Master of Science - Occupational Therapy programs. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Admissions and in collaboration with the Dean of the School of Health Sciences and the Program Directors of these programs, the GHEC will execute a robust recruitment plan including communication campaigns, travel to graduate school fairs, and meeting with undergraduate programs to encourage prospective students to complete the application process and matriculate into the various graduate health degree programs offered by the University of Charleston.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Utilize prospective student information from a variety of sources to execute communication plans which will include (but is not limited to) direct mail, email correspondence, phone calls, text messages, and video conferencing meetings. </li><li>Connect prospective students with the appropriate contact in the academic program to establish rapport and ensure students have all programmatic questions answered. </li><li>Represent UC's graduate health degree programs at events on college campuses for the purpose of promoting these educational opportunities to prospective students. </li><li>Establish and nurture relationships with contacts at institutions where articulation agreements exist to develop undergraduate student pipelines into UC's graduate health degree programs. </li><li>Guide prospective students through the application and admissions processes for their desired degree program. </li><li>Assist faculty/faculty committees within each graduate degree program with collection of application materials. </li><li>Serve as primary campus host for prospective student visits to campus. </li><li>Host in-person and virtual information sessions for prospective students. </li><li>Report on recruitment effort outcomes including inquiries at events, responses to communication efforts, and application rates. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Earned bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred </li><li>A minimum of 2 years professional experience, preferably in an education or health care setting </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Collaborative mindset </li><li>Ability to build and manage a vibrant travel schedule </li><li>Familiarity with customer relationship software (CRM) system </li></ul> <p>Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.</p> <p>Interested applicants should submit cover letter, resume, references, and salary requirements to:</p> <p>Jason Sammons, Director of Admissions</p> <p>jasonsammons@ucwv.edu</p> <p>The University of Charleston is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
