<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Promotions and Creative Coordinator supports the Marketing Director in executing, organizing, and</p> <p>managing promotional campaigns, events, and in-store marketing initiatives. This role is highly logistical with a</p> <p>creative component-ideal for someone who can juggle deadlines, coordinate details across multiple departments,</p> <p>and occasionally flex their creative skills to produce engaging content. This is a part-time position. Weekly hours</p> <p>will vary based on the timelines and deadlines of national and local sales and promotions, as determined by Ace</p> <p>Corporate and TNT Ace Hardware. Flexibility is essential, with scheduling driven by promotional start/end dates, event needs,</p> <p>and project deadlines. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for large events and initiatives.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities (Logistical and Operational Focus)</p> <p>Organize, distribute, install and remove monthly promotional materials including product price cards,</p> <p>posters, bag stuffers, endcap signs, in-store monitor content and other items determined by the</p> <p>Marketing Director.</p> <p>Conduct regular in-store walk-throughs to ensure promotions are properly executed, address</p> <p>inaccuracies, respond to staff questions and communicate updates or product ordering requests.</p> <p>Communicate promotion changes to staff, ensuring updated signage and materials are created and</p> <p>distributed promptly.</p> <p>Assist in planning, coordinating and executing promotions & store events, including set-up and tear-down.</p> <p>Maintain accurate inventories of marketing materials, signage and event supplies.</p> <p>Ensure all promotions and coupons are entered into the system accurately and on time.</p> <p>Create, test, and distribute detailed promotional instructions and guides for store staff.</p> <p>Pull reports, track performance metrics and compile information for the Marketing Director.</p> <p>Manage and update email lists from events, giveaways and other campaigns.</p> <p>Organize and maintain customer rewards program membership lists and updates.</p> <p>Track marketing budgets, monitor expenses and provide co-op support including claims submission,</p> <p>deadlines and compliance requirements.</p> <p>Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date through product sync processes.</p> <p>Secondary Responsibilities (Creative and Content Support)</p> <p>Assist in creating marketing content, including photography, short promotional videos and other creative</p> <p>assets to support campaigns.</p> <p>Collaborate with the Marketing Director on in-store signage, email marketing visuals and social media</p> <p>graphics.</p> <p>Support event promotion through content creation and on-site photo/video coverage.</p> <p>Requirements and Skills</p> <p>Proven experience as a marketing, promotions or administrative coordinator (retail or related industry</p> <p>preferred).</p> <p>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</p> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.</p> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a</p> <p>plus.</p> <p>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</p> <p>Comfortable with occasional evening/weekend work for events.</p> <p>Must be available at month beginning and end for promotions.</p> <p>Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and results.</p> <p>Company Introduction</p> <p>TNT Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated chain of hardware stores serving the Waukesha and Delavan communities.
