<p>Description</p> <p>Title: Closing Disclosure Centralized Review Analyst</p> <p>Location: Des Moines, IA</p> <p>Duration: 12 months</p> <p>Work Engagement: W2</p> <p>Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote</p> <p>Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Review and validate closing disclosures for closed retail mortgage loans</p> <p>Reconcile recording fees, identify variances, and ensure discrepancies are resolved or properly documented</p> <p>Perform detailed review of non-numeric disclosure data to ensure accuracy and correct presentation</p> <p>Confirm required information was disclosed correctly and supported by appropriate documentation</p> <p>Validate supporting materials, including (but not limited to):</p> <p>Credit reports</p> <p>Closing documentation</p> <p>Recording and fee-related documents</p> <p>Research issues, inconsistencies, or missing information and take appropriate corrective action</p> <p>Document findings clearly and accurately within internal systems</p> <p>Support smaller disclosure-related processes as assigned</p> <p>Maintain quality and productivity expectations in a time-tracked operations environment</p> <p>Key Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues</p> </li></ul> <p>Proficiency using computers and multiple systems in an office/operations setting</p> <p>Ability to work quickly and accurately in a production-driven environment where time is tracked</p> <p>Strong attention to detail, especially in non-numeric content review</p> <p>Effective problem-solving skills</p> <p>Willingness and ability to learn quickly; training is provided internally</p> <p>Professional experience working in an office or operations environment (cubicle setting preferred)</p> <p>Dependable, collaborative, and helpful team mindset</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)</p> <p>Prior experience in mortgage lending, loan servicing, or loan operations (a plus, not required)</p> <p>Experience working for another lender (may not even be that helpful, process on this team isnt exactly industry standard)</p> <p>Exposure to quality control, compliance review, or disclosure review functions</p>
