<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking an Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Cloud Lead Consultant with implementation experience. The position's primary responsibility will be to collaborate with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle EPM cloud applications. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the requirement gathering, ensuring proper configurations captured, design and development of all the associated components for RICE.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least 7 years of Information Technology experience </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree </li><li>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of St. Louis, MO, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson, TX or Hartford CT. or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. </li><li>Must be EPM functional / solution lead </li><li>Experience in EPM end-to-end functionalities </li><li>Ability to propose solution based on the client requirements </li><li>Facilitate and lead all client calls and presentations </li><li>Work closely with ETL team to migrate Data from legacy to Cloud applications </li><li>Ability to lead the discussions on RICE components from functional side </li><li>Propose innovative ideas based on client needs and build strong relationships with client </li><li>Review test, conversion and cutover strategies </li><li>Test the applications and support business on their queries during UAT & EUT phases </li><li>Coordinate discussions with Oracle CSM/Account Manager for prioritization of Oracle product bug resolution and service requests. </li><li>Review impact of Oracle patch releases every quarter </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in other relevant cloud modules related to EPM </li><li>Experience in EBS to correlate on-prem vs cloud functionalities </li><li>Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
