<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator in Tampa, FL.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Support day-to-day human resources operations </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers for routine HR inquiries </li><li>Coordinate and process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes </li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems </li><li>Prepare and administer employment-related documentation and correspondence </li><li>Coordinate with payroll and related teams to ensure accurate and timely data updates </li><li>Monitor processes for compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations </li><li>Contribute to a positive employee experience through responsive and organized support* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>2-3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or an administrative support role </li><li>Experience working in a corporate or structured environment </li><li>Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li></ul>
