<p>Overview</p> <p>2nd Shift opening: 2pm - 10pm $35.85/hour</p> <p>The Maintenance Technician associate will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on CNC equipment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensures operation of CNC machines and mechanical equipment. </li><li>Troubleshoots and repairs equipment and control issues. </li><li>Checks, analyzes, reconnects, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, belt-driven or gear drive machines. </li><li>Disconnects motors, solenoids and performs minor electrical repairs on de-energized circuits and equipment. </li><li>Rebuilds gear boxes and electrical motors. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma and one to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Will be required to pass the eligibility test provided by Snap-on </li><li>Ability to read and interpret part diagrams </li><li>Ability to use shop mathematics, work with fairly complicated drawings, and good troublshooting ability </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Demonstrated experience in mechanical maintenance including motors, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, pumps.</p> <p>Snap-on is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran</p>
