<p>Position#Summary Conducts physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standards of physical therapy, physician#s referral and physical therapy plan of care. Primary Position Responsibilities 1. Evaluates infants, toddlers and children; develops appropriate treatment plans. 2. Provides developmentally appropriate, therapeutic interventions. 3. Completes thorough and accurate evaluation reports and ongoing daily session notes and progress#reports. 4. Maintains acceptable levels of clinical productivity; submits billing accordingly. 5. Counsels and educates patient, family and/or caregiver regarding treatment goals and progress. 6. Communicates with other essential medical and community/school personnel. 7. Maintains personal knowledge and skill levels and contributes to enhancing that of colleagues. # Qualifications Minimum Education: Required:# Bachelor#s Degree in Physical therapy Preferred: â- Master#s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field â- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required:# 1-3 years experience providing therapy within a pediatric setting working with infants, toddlers and children: will consider new graduate # License, Registry or Certification: Required: Current New Jersey State License # Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Pediatric experience Hunterdon Health is committed to providing a competitive benefit package to our employees.
