The Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all they do.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Class D license with a clean driving history required </li><li>Must have a medical examiner's certificate (or willing to obtain one through a pre-employment medical exam, provided by the company) required </li><li>Previous public transportation driving experience preferred but not required </li><li>Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care </li><li>CPR and First Aid certifications preferred but not required </li><li>Ability to lift/transport seniors on and off the van, to and from wheelchairs </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public </li></ul> <p>The Waters is an equal opportunity employer proudly committed to a diverse workforce.
