This role plays a key part in ensuring parcels are processed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. Immediate availability is required.</p> <p>Job Duties / Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor the full parcel lifecycle, including label creation, sortation, staging, and dock loading </li><li>Perform regular Gaylord audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and outbound readiness </li><li>Oversee dock operations to ensure parcels are scanned, staged, and loaded on schedule </li><li>Track and report parcel performance and dock metrics to leadership, identifying risks and solutions </li><li>Troubleshoot workflow or equipment issues in coordination with maintenance or support teams </li><li>Enforce and model company and site-specific safety policies </li><li>Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (parcel sortation, dock, or fulfillment preferred) </li><li>Ability to start immediately </li><li>Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment </li><li>Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and accountability skills </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) </li></ul> <p>Apply Today!</p> <p>Visit us: 394 East Moana Lane, Suite 2, Reno, NV 89502</p> <p>#RenoBranchCA</p> <p>Reno NV 3043</p>
