Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.</p> <p>How you'll contribute</p> <p>A Cath Lab Tech who excels in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors. </li><li>Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness. </li><li>Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate. </li><li>Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. </li><li>Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. </li><li>Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient protecting patient's rights. </li></ul> <p>Why join us</p> <p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
