We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning indoor and outdoor facilities through regular maintenance, cleaning, and repair work.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Indoor Facilities Maintenance:</p> <ul> <li>Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of restroom facilities, ensuring proper sanitation and restocking of supplies </li><li>Handle general cleaning duties for indoor common areas and facilities </li><li>Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory </li><li>Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules </li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations </li></ul> <p>Outdoor Maintenance:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain outdoor areas including walkways, sidewalks. </li><li>Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and designated areas </li><li>Operate snow removal equipment (snow blowers, plows, salt/sand spreaders) </li><li>Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events </li><li>Apply de-icing materials and salt as needed to prevent ice formation </li><li>Clear and maintain walkways and building entrances </li><li>Maintain snow removal equipment and report mechanical issues </li></ul> <p>General Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations </li><li>Report major repair needs or safety concerns to management </li><li>Document completed work and maintain service logs </li><li>Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment </li><li>Be available for on-call work during snow emergencies </li><li>Assist with other maintenance duties during non-snow periods </li></ul> <p>Experience, Skills & Knowledge</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in facilities maintenance or related field </li><li>Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment </li><li>Basic mechanical, plumbing, and maintenance skills </li><li>Ability to maneuver around the designated workspace area including outdoors; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 50 pounds and climb moderately utilizing a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines </li><li>Ability to operate machinery, including snow removal equipment </li><li>Ability to sit, stand, move and walk for multiple hours </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Excellent time management and multitasking abilities </li><li>Strong attention to safety procedures </li><li>Team player with good communication skills </li></ul> <p>Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.</p> <ul> <li>< Back to search results </li></ul> <p>Apply now Share Share Restroom Facilities Attendant with Facebook Share Restroom Facilities Attendant with Twitter Share Restroom Facilities Attendant with a friend via e-mail</p> <p>Job Notifications</p> <p>Sign up to receive job notifications.</p> <p>Notify Me</p>
