<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Revenue Analyst in Saint Petersburg, FL.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage revenue-related activities, including recording revenue and handling deferrals </li><li>Perform revenue reconciliations, including pulling and analyzing data from internal systems and external sources </li><li>Calculate partner revenue share and support payout processes </li><li>Support month-end close activities and ensure adherence to internal controls </li><li>Analyze and investigate fluctuations and variances in financial results </li><li>Perform calculations related to time and materials and percentage of completion (manual processes) </li><li>Work within StaxPay for revenue recording and related processes </li><li>Assist with the transition from Sage Intacct to NetSuite, including data validation and system support </li><li>Participate in testing, system integrations, and other technical initiatives </li><li>Contribute to process improvement efforts, including automation and potential AI-driven solutions </li><li>Support accounting activities across multiple business units and legal entities* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred </li><li>Proven experience in revenue accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis </li><li>Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles; ASC 606 experience preferred </li><li>Hands-on NetSuite experience required (SME-level proficiency) </li><li>Experience with Sage Intacct and/or ERP system transitions is a plus </li><li>Familiarity with payment platforms such as StaxPay is preferred </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Tech-savvy with the ability to support system testing and integrations </li><li>Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets </li></ul>
