Issues range from order/trade queries, FIX issues, limit setup, front-end EMS functional queries, exchange queries, ad-hoc business requests </li><li>T0 Order Flow monitoring for order failures & rejections </li><li>Global Order Book Reconciliation during incidents & periods of outage </li><li>On-boarding new futures clients </li><li>Manage Client/Vendor FIX onboarding process front to back from UAT to Production go-live </li><li>Maintain and Adjust existing client configuration on a needs basis </li><li>Verify trade executions for clients / traders when queried </li><li>Risk limit adjustment and maintenance for Futures & Options clients </li><li>Facilitation of Compliance, Internal Audit and/or Operational Risk investigations and requests </li><li>Collaborate with developers to resolve system design deficiencies and delivery of enhancements </li><li>Exchange administration: order status, trading key management, exchange side limit adjustments </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Knowledge required</p> <ul> <li> <p>This is a client-facing technical role with heavy exposure to front office personnel. Must have a strong client orientation and show a high sense of urgency towards client needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidate should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and able to suggest opportunities for increasing efficiency and improving team processes</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with global futures and options products and business, or similar Asset Class</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of / Previous exposure to FIX protocol / UNIX</p> </li><li> <p>Background in integration and electronic on-boarding of clients in a trade floor environment</p> </li><li> <p>Detail-oriented approach to solving problems with strong sense of ownership</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of risk systems</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of trading lifecycle</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to execution algorithms and ability to explain benefits to clients</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting client relationships in cooperation with Sales team.
