<p>Description & Requirements</p> <p>How you will contribute:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a variety of compliance reports, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 Readiness Assessments and Examinations. </li><li>Review testing procedures and results to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards. </li><li>Support leadership in operational aspects of the practice, including staffing, resource allocation, and team scheduling. </li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of assurance and compliance standards appropriate for assigned engagements. </li><li>Consistently deliver high quality work while building and maintaining strong client and team relationships. </li><li>Contribute to the growth of the practice by identifying opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives. </li><li>Serve in a leadership capacity, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to Consultants, as necessary. </li><li>Continuously improve engagement processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the firm's leadership. </li></ul> <p>We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment </li><li>Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to learn through a combination of structured, on-the-job, and self-directed training </li><li>Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and within a complex team environment </li><li>Client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships </li><li>Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based environment </li><li>Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the Risk Advisory Team can capture and leverage knowledge </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of SOC-related experience preferred </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field) strongly preferred </li><li>CPA required (CISA also preferred) </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook </li><li>Prior related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function </li></ul> <p>#LI-RAL</p> <p>#LI-GM1</p>
