<p>What's the role?</p> <p>The Division Project Manager will manage MSA's (metro statistical area) Tier 2 Projects by coordinating activities of the associated team. This role will maintain Hilti's project management tool, Hi-Site, for assigned projects by assigning tasks to relevant team members, and maintaining their focus on highest potential applications. This position will develop action plans for key project applications and track activities, specifications and sales. The Division Project Manager, Junior will work with Account Managers (AMs) and Technical Services team members, frequently visit key job-sites to gain application knowledge, develop site relationships, and gain a better understanding Hilti's project value proposition.</p> <p>What does the role involve?</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records of contacts, specifications, sales, and key project action plans utilizing Hi-Site </li><li>Provide project support by synchronizing sales and technical services team activities, to ensure optimal timing for calls to projects' contractors, specifiers, and officials of codes and approvals </li><li>Visit jobsites with sales and technical service teams to assess and track application progress </li><li>Conduct progress update meetings including: training on Hi-Site, tracking the conversion of specifications to sales, and increasing sales and technical competencies of the sales team </li><li>Coordinate job-site events (ex. Lunch & Learn presentations, Safety Seminars) with Hilti team and jobsite personnel </li><li>Review project specifications and construction documents to assist the sales team in coordinating the provision of substitutions/submittals and product/service quotations </li><li>Coordinate with salesforce to ensure the team capitalizes on the highest potential applications </li><li>Establish and build high level contacts with contractors on assigned projects </li><li>Provide regular performance updates to MSA sales and technical management teams </li><li>Additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What you need is:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, preferred </li><li>Two (2) years minimum experience in engineering, technical sales, Hilti field sales, or construction project management </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods and practices, required </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of project team (architect, engineers, project managers, supers, safety representatives, purchasing, etc.) and how they interact </li><li>Demonstrated understanding of construction methods and local building codes in relation to Hilti products </li><li>Exhibit superior knowledge of both specified and non-specified applications </li><li>Superior selling skills and ability to lead entire Hilti team through to completion of project </li><li>Strong organizational skills, required; ability organize projects, track application progress, and replicate successes on future projects. </li><li>Experience using Microsoft Suite, SAP </li></ul> <p>Why should you apply?</p> <p>Let's face it, we know there are lots of other companies out there.
