Certified Medication Aide (CMA) openings are now available with AffiniCare!</p> <p>What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and passing medications. Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment. Provide health monitoring and conducting routine vital checks. Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team. Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines. Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for safety</p> <p>What it takes:</p> <p>Six (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CMA. Active CMA & CNA certification. The ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region.
