The Resin Flow Coordinator supports manufacturing operations by overseeing the movement, processing, and inventory of resin and regrind materials throughout the facility. This hands-on role plays a key part in maintaining material flow, minimizing waste, and ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate resin handling processes. The coordinator promotes a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety in alignment with Radius Packaging's commitment to innovation and operational excellence. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Collect, organize, shred, and inventory cold melt material and manage related resin waste streams. Monitor and maintain regrind resin flow to and from production lines; ensure gaylords are properly labeled with resin type, color, weight, and condition. Maintain accurate resin inventory records using Smartsheet and complete daily reports on scrap, current inventory, and efficiency. Perform and document shredder maintenance and inspections using Redzone software; maintain dust collection systems. Collect, organize, and shred cold melt material and operate safely and efficiently. Identify and report process deviations to ensure safety, product quality, and shredder uptime. Support railcar switches and load scrap trailers as needed. Assist Material Handlers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and GMP standards. Follow and enforce all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with other departments and assist with open tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED. </li><li>Must be 18 years or older. </li><li>At least two years of material handling experience with emphasis on inventory control. </li><li>Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience, specifically loading and unloading bulk materials. </li><li>Familiarity with RF handheld computers. </li><li>Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team and exhibit excellent decision-making skills. </li><li>Demonstrated capability in basic math and measurement. </li><li>Familiarity with basic business computer applications and mobile device applications. </li><li>Must be able to read and write in English to accurately identify packing information, follow work instructions, and QA alerts. </li></ul>
