<p>The Engineering Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in in accordance with operational and production processes.</p> <ul> <li>General Responsibilities </li><li>Participates an initial analysis to verify and evaluate the type of failure, working through a process flow. </li><li>Assists the engineering team on sample builds. </li><li>Participates on equipment validation and tooling with engineering. </li><li>Supports engineering tests. </li><li>Contributes to the developtment of testing and data analysis. </li><li>Runs cycle time studies that identifies potential bottlenecks. </li><li>Follows up with irregularities in the process of the manufacturing equipment. </li><li>Supports the activities of the Process Engineer, facilitating the implementation of the process in the production lines and the solution of problems. </li><li>Supports technical issues. </li></ul> <p>Experience / Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role </li><li>Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands </li><li>Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results </li><li>Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be willing to trave roughly 5% internationally or domestic. </li></ul> <p>#LI-MY1 #LI-Onsite</p> <p>Hourly Base Pay Range:</p> <p>$23.40 - $32.18</p> <p>At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
