<p>Our client is a global music and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in the US.</p> <p>We are looking for a self-starting technology professional dedicated to enabling our colleagues, partners and customers to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively with technology tools.</p> <p>This position involves being an integral part of the team responsible for delivering and rolling out next-generation internal systems focused on release planning. The role requires active collaboration within a cross-functional team and close engagement with diverse business stakeholders and technologists. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology adoption and user experience, a passion for both technology and business, and the ability to stay current with industry trends. Responsibilities include defining structured change methodologies and leading change management efforts to help global labels adopt advanced release planning tools. This role supports a broader company initiative to transform release planning into an integrated, automated, scalable, and efficient process that adapts to fast-paced, technology-driven business needs. A commitment to quality software and business automation will be essential in driving daily decisions that deliver tangible value.</p> <p>The estimated salary for this position is up to $82,000 per year. The position requires working from client's New York (downtown) office location 3 times a week. Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM EDT.</p> <ul> <li>Support in creating and maintaining user stories, use cases, and process diagrams </li><li>Participate in workshops, meetings, and sprint ceremonies to facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams </li><li>Assist in preparing communication and engagement materials for stakeholders </li><li>Help document change management requirements and maintain reusable project documentation </li><li>Support training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing sessions for users </li><li>Contribute to change impact assessments under the guidance of senior team members </li><li>Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback to help improve change adoption strategies </li><li>Help ensure that agreed user stories and requirements are delivered as expected by the team </li><li>Recently graduated with a degree in Management, IT, or a related field </li><li>Basic understanding of software delivery processes and client success principles </li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal, and active listening </li><li>Willingness to learn and develop stakeholder management and consulting skills </li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player </li><li>Basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies </li><li>Adaptable and open to new working practices and environments </li><li>Familiarity with business process modeling and user experience principles </li><li>Experience in the music or entertainment industry </li></ul>
