<p>Position Information</p> <p>Position Information (Default Section)</p> <p>EEO Statement</p> <p>Wright State University is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>Faculty Rank or Job Title Behavioral Health Workforce Liaison Job Category: Administrative (exempt/non-exempt) Department College of Health, Education and Human Services EEO number: 25P340 Position FTE</p> <p>1.0</p> <p>Minimum Annual or Hourly Rate 60,000 Salary Band: UC S05 Job Summary/Basic Function:</p> <p>The Behavioral Health Workforce Liaison is charged with the overall project management and administrative oversight of internship sites. The Liaison serves as a vital bridge between students, staff, faculty, and community organizations to increase the supply of behavioral health professionals and improve the distribution of well-trained behavioral health. The Liaison will be responsible for direct project development and implementation of objectives and plans. The Liaison will lead the Advisory Committee and maintain constant communication with organizational sites. The Liaison will provide technical assistance and training to interns and other site personnel.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, public health, or a related field and three years of related experience OR bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, public health, or a related field and five years of related experience.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>At least 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in behavioral health, and familiarity with the unique challenges of the population served.</p> <p>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross functional and interdisciplinary teams; strong presentation skills; strong organizational skills; cultural and linguistic competence and humility; ability to handle sensitive data and information including HIPAA protected information; proficient in handling multiple tasks; ability to deal with abstract and concrete variables; ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision and ability to train others.</p> <p>Essential Functions and percent of time:</p> <p>Grant management (50%)</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the day-to-day management of the grant project. </li><li>Handle logistical tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communications, and maintaining project documentation. </li><li>Work with the Project Director to ensure the project adheres to the budget. </li><li>Ensure goals and objectives specified in the grant. </li><li>Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of project milestones. </li><li>Ensure interns obtain National Provider Identifier numbers. </li></ul> <p>Training and Education (20%)</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement a clinical supervision curriculum for project sites. </li><li>Train all interns in Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions and percent of time (cont'd):</p> <p>Community Liaison (20%)</p> <ul> <li>Act as the direct point of contact for all project sites and partners, representing it in various forums. </li><li>Work directly with the Field Education Directors to place student interns at project sites and provide additional support for interns. </li><li>Develop and maintain effective partnerships with projects. </li><li>Foster collaboration and partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders to expand and or enhance programming. </li><li>Convene and facilitate the Advisory Committee. </li><li>Conduct regular meetings with staff and stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Data Collection and Reporting (10%)</p> <ul> <li>Provide updates to other the Project Director, stakeholders, or other governing bodies, as applicable. </li><li>Work with evaluator to collect and manage data related to the project. </li><li>Complete and submit required reports, including progress and financial reports. </li><li>Provide presentations of project outcomes to various stakeholders. </li><li>Participate in appropriate university and community committees and task forces. </li></ul> <p>Non-Essential Functions and percent of time: Working Conditions</p> <p>Wright State University is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.</p> <p>To preserve the safety and security of the campus community and to maintain the integrity of university operations, it is the policy of Wright State University making an employment offer contingent on various background checks, such as a criminal record, credit history when job related and/or education verifications.
