INSPD has a dedicated team of human resources professionals working in many capacities, including director-level, generalists, and specialists in each discipline of human resources. Joining our team will open the door to many opportunities for lateral and upward mobility.</p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p>As the HR Service Center Representative, you will be responsible for serving as the Data Entry Specialist to provide transactional HR support for employee records. You will also support the ASM ticketing system to provide guidance and manual updates for customers processing requests for employee and contingent worker records. You will learn to perform specialized paraprofessional human resources functions requiring technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HRIS system and act as a consultant on such.</p> <p>Salary Statement:</p> <p>The salary for this position traditionally starts at $37,648.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.</p> <p>A Day in the Life:</p> <p>The essential functions of this role are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Partners with all State agencies utilizing the HR PeopleSoft system by reviewing, auditing, approving or requesting correction for employment actions taken with an employee or contingent worker to include hire/rehire, all leave administrations, promotions, demotions, department/reports to or location changes, transfers, pay adjustments, and personal information changes. </li><li>Utilizes the ASM ticketing system for questions and manual workflow from customers. Ensures that status updates are entered timely and accurately depict situation to enable seamless assistance to customer base. </li><li>Provides assistance as needed or requested related to maintenance of employee records for Long-Term Disability. </li><li>Researches and prepares various reports using Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools. </li><li>Assist with file maintenance per the personnel file retention guidelines. </li><li>Responds timely to customer inquiries within 48 business hours. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>The job profile is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
