<p>Senior Technical Supervisor</p> <p>Objective</p> <p>The Senior Technical Supervisor is responsible for maintaining process control, maintaining the equipment and supporting operations.</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lines up, organizes, and manages workforce per shift priorities. </li><li>Attends daily productions, APQP, and associated downtime meetings regarding Secondary Operations equipment. Specifically support actions to down CNC machines regarding tooling, fixtures, and out of specification conditions. </li><li>Drives uptime improvement and scrap reduction initiatives, including tooling robustness and process stability for CNC Machines </li><li>Supports New Product launches and provides approval for CNC Fixture, tooling, and process design. Supports Machining setup (turnkey or share key systems) from process implementation, validation, and approval sign off. </li><li>Ensures a safe working environment by monitoring correct use of personal protective equipment, adherence to work instructions and identification/corrective action of safety risks </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree, Trade or Tech.
