<p>Collaborate with leadership to design skill-based career resources that support our development programs. Serve as the liaison between sector stakeholders to align on goals and resources for critical skill navigation and skill assessments. Support the external partnership cohort-based learning solutions as part of our Educational Assistance program. Lead change management initiatives that support our critical skill career framework to demonstrate our commitment to critical skill development and career pathing. Oversee new career navigation activities, development plan, and skill assessment to ensure integration with new HR technologies. Provide ongoing HR subject matter expertise to key stakeholders for the development of new skill-based career resources. 8 Years of relevant HR professional experience with a Bachelor's degree; 6 Years with Master's; 4 Years with PhD. Demonstrated experience developing, leading and assessing integrated talent development solutions Ability to collaborate, lead, and build rapport across all levels of the organization to include creating executive-ready PowerPoint decks for C-suite level executives Familiarity with change management approaches when implementing large scale initiatives Worked in/around the technical & functional domains we support (e.g., Systems Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Program Management, Business Development) Prior experience in HR business partner role or leading talent development programs Strategic thinking with AI insights along with AI ethics and data-privacy awareness</p>
