Notes all errors and prepares corrective maintenance. </li><li>Prepares/Works various reports within Servicing. </li><li>Works within servicing in various departments to fill in with the supervisor's direction. </li><li>Prepare the documents to be imaged. </li><li>Performs extensive research when required. </li><li>Inform the supervisor of any new or repetitive inaccuracies. </li><li>Answer phone calls and complete system maintenance. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Mortgage/Consumer loan servicing experience preferred. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. </li><li>Strong detail and organizational skills required. </li><li>Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. </li><li>Knowledge of FIServ, Image Centre, Encompass, Word, Excel, Outlook, and copier. </li></ul> <p>Be YOU.
