Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities include: Assist patients in person, online and on the phone to resolve billing questions/concerns. Help patients find options to resolve their balances. Maintain work queues and reports. Work with insurance companies and other third-party entities. Be a resource for other departments throughout the clinic.
