<p>Supplier Relationship Manager role</p> <p>Hybrid Role</p> <p>Contract-six months</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee supplier partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP systems and the ability to manage supplier performance with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, and comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders. Lead day-to-day transactional activities to support external manufacturing operations (SAP, shipping/logistics, Ariba, onboarding of new materials/suppliers)</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize SAP, Ariba, Viva, and Guided Buying tools to manage procurement processes, supplier data, and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Support supplier onboarding, contract management, and compliance tracking.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, quality, R&D, finance) to align supplier performance with business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to improve supplier efficiency, cost savings, and process optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor supplier KPIs and escalate issues as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must-Have: Minimum 2 years of SAP experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Nice-to-Have: Background in supply chain, biology, or chemistry.</p> </li><li> <p>Tools: Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, Viva, and Guided Buying.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
