<p>WAGE RANGE: $15.00-$18.00</p> <p>OPEN UNTIL FILLED: 1ST PULL DATE, MARCH 2, 2026</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for ensuring bar service areas and inventories are always maintained. Ensures guest satisfaction, beverage quality, and cleanliness of pop stations and supplies.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures guest service standards through prompt, efficient, and friendly service. </li><li>Maintains the inventory of pop station needs and promptly and efficiently stocks cups, lids, and sugars, replenishes coffee, ice, and dry goods. </li><li>Ensures that inventory items are stored and placed using FIFO systems. </li><li>Provides trash pickup and disposal of pop stations and service areas, including removing bags replenishing bags, and wiping down receptacles and floors as needed. </li><li>Assists in the Sports Bar as business dictates. </li><li>Maintains a neat and clean station continually. </li><li>Assists with maintaining pop room such as cleaning and organizing, changing out products when depleted. </li><li>Cleans coffee equipment and pop dispensers. </li><li>Assists with helping beverage servers in keeping the gaming floor free of trash. </li><li>Report any health standards or safety needs immediately to the Supervisor. </li><li>Keeps Supervisor apprised of operational concerns including recipes, inventory, and supply needs. </li><li>Adheres to company policies, regulatory laws, codes, and department procedures. </li><li>Promotes internal guest service standards with courteous and respectful behavior with co-workers. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>PROMOTE WRC QUALITY SERVICE STANDARDS:</p> <p>SAFETY: Ensuring a safe experience by protecting the welfare of all.</p> <p>INTEGRITY: Expecting personal accountability at every level.</p> <p>COURTESY: Creating an exceptional customer service experience for everyone.</p> <p>TEAM: Functioning together to create a cooperative and positive experience.</p> <p>SHOW: Providing flawless experience -a clean and cared-for resort.</p> <p>ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:</p> <ul> <li>Food and Beverage storage area. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of six (6) months of restaurant experience within the past three years. </li><li>Effective communication skills: good auditory acuity and verbal response. </li><li>Demonstrates interpersonal skills and abilities that promote positive guest services. </li><li>Need to stand or walk for long periods; performs routine bending and lifting of product up to 35lbs.; performs repetitive motions of arms, hands, wrists, and fingers; and occasionally lifts and maneuvers up to 40lbs; and works in the varied (hot, cold, smoky) environment. </li><li>Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests. </li><li>Possess or obtain a Food Handler Certification and an OLCC card within 30 days of employment, with permit application submitted by first day of employment. </li><li>Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance. </li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age. </li></ul>
