<p>Entry-Level HVAC Installer</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Allied Aire, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Cornelius, NC. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the heating and air conditioning industry. You will assist lead installers with the installation of residential HVAC systems while learning the trade through hands-on training.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with installation of residential HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and air handlers </li><li>Help with removal and disposal of old HVAC equipment </li><li>Carry and move tools, materials, and equipment safely </li><li>Loading, unloading and stocking of materials </li><li>Assist with installation of ductwork, thermostats, and related components </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle </li><li>Follow company safety procedures and guidelines </li><li>Provide professional and courteous service to customers </li><li>Learn HVAC installation procedures and best practices </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Ability to process both written and verbal English language skills </li><li>No HVAC experience required - training provided </li><li>Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn </li><li>Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly </li><li>Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, insurable by co. insurance carrier </li><li>Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude </li><li>Ability to work as part of a team </li></ul> <p>Preferred (Not Required)</p> <ul> <li>Trade school or HVAC school experience </li><li>Basic hand tool and ladder knowledge </li><li>EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience $18-$21 per hour base </li><li>Paid training and career advancement opportunities </li><li>Overtime opportunities </li><li>Paid holidays and vacation </li><li>Company uniforms </li><li>Opportunities for advancement to Lead Installer or Service Technician </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Full-time position </li><li>Monday - Friday </li><li>Possible overtime </li></ul> <p>Why Join Allied Aire, Inc.?</p> <p>We are a growing HVAC company serving the Charlotte and Lake Norman area.
