<p>JobID: 210716239</p> <p>Category: Transactions</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-03-04T17:07:31+00:00</p> <p>JobShift: Day</p> <p>Base Pay/Salary: Chicago,IL $22.50-$28.15</p> <ul> <li>Role requires production floor support in all aspects of operation: supply inventory, equipment troubleshooting and project management support. </li><li>Lifting and moving mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds, moving and lifting up to 95% of the time. </li><li>Inputting data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing. </li><li>Operating Imaging/Extraction Equipment (iTRAN, IBML, OPEX 7200, OPEX 150) while validating quality of images </li><li>Verifying negotiability of checks through customer specific instructions for processing </li><li>Lifting and moving mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds </li><li>Working in all areas/departments of production as needed and contributing to meeting team goals </li><li>Making judgment calls regarding routine duties, but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented </li><li>Good oral and written communication skills </li><li>Production environment focus around meeting deadlines </li><li>Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications </li><li>Alpha/Numeric data entry and typing skills - with excellent accuracy </li><li>Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude </li><li>Physical requirements: Sitting - up to 95% of the time, Standing - up to 10% of the time, Lifting - up to 5% of the time and up to 50 pounds; Walking - up to 10% of the time </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday 7-330pm</p> <p>Additional hours and/or mandatory overtime may be required during peak volume periods and based on other business needs.</p> <p>A Government Security Clearance may be required for this position.
