Other duties may be Assigned:</p> <ul> <li>Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures </li><li>Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, restroom sanitizing, moving furniture and equipment, etc. </li><li>Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. </li><li>Use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required. </li><li>Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as required. </li><li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and laugh along the way. </li><li>The ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is a must. </li><li>Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant demeanor. </li><li>Support the team by being in uniform, reliable, dependable, and on time. </li><li>Demonstrate respect and understanding for co-workers and customers. </li><li>1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required. </li><li>Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus but not required. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, reaching forward.
