<p>About the Role:</p> <p>As a Sr.Transaction Risk Operations Analyst at Bluevine, you will be scaling our transaction monitoring operations and ensuring that our company is prepared to successfully navigate the unexpected.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Investigate, review, and analyze system generated transaction monitoring alerts across all transaction types (wire, ACH, check, etc) </li><li>Identify fraud trends by analyzing data and system generated alerts for any anomalies, outliers, etc </li><li>Manage and document cases of suspicious activities, ensuring all relevant details and findings are accurately recorded and maintained </li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Stay updated on changes in regulations (i.e. NACHA rules) and industry best practices </li><li>Limit Risk exposure by assisting with transaction monitoring controls ideas and strategies </li><li>Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies </li><li>Identify suspicious activity and work with appropriate teams to investigate and thwart the activity </li><li>Investigate and reply to external fraud requests and inquiries received from financial partners </li><li>Maintain SLAs and deadlines to meet team and company goals </li><li>Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Account Risk, and Customer Service to ensure the customer experience is being optimized while also mitigating risk </li></ul> <p>What We Look For:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields </li><li>2+ year of experience analyzing fraud trends in a financial institution or fintech is preferred </li><li>Previous transaction monitoring experience around credit, debit, checks, online, wire, and/or ACH is preferred </li><li>Detail-oriented and puts a high value on accuracy </li><li>Ability to effectively gather and analyze information in the course of investigations and reviews </li><li>A team player who is able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously </li><li>Proficiently uses Excel to create spreadsheets, models, and reports </li><li>Able to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing </li><li>Motivated to work on a cross-functional team in an entrepreneurial environment </li><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis </li></ul> <p>New Hire Base Salary Range: $52,900 - $63,500.</p>
